This is the second time we have bought from John Legg. He was able to help us in the best ways possible! We went in with a car from another dealership that had really hurt us with the car and the price. But John went above and beyond to help us in getting the best deal we could ever ask for our trade and sent us off in a new Nissan Rogue! John is definitely our guy and who we will be going to and telling our friends about for years to come!
The service Department personnel are excellent. They answer your questions and give timely service completion for your vehicle. They also service other manufacturer vehicles for service. Received very good info from the lady at the parts counter regarding some things wanted to get for my vehicle. Did speak with some sales staff personnel and they had answers t o my questions about a newer Nissan Vehicle. Overall the employees are attentive to your needs. I had my appointment at 2:30, I was taken in immediately. I voiced some concerns about the seal in the windshield and that this was the 3rd Nissan that I have experienced that issue with. They advised would handle it and did. Also, explained there was a "fog" on the inside of my windshield that nothing seem to remove. They used their cleaner to get it off. The young man who checked me in and out actually cleaned both inside and outside for me while I was there. He was very accommodating and genuine and I appreciated the respect and courtesy.... More

I had a great experience purchasing my new car at Rusty Wallace Nissan! My salesman, Ron was absolutely wonderful! We spoke over the phone about what type of car I wanted and my budget. I am a working mom and was able to do this on my lunch break! By the time I got off work, Ron had the exact car I wanted ready for me! I saved so much time, which of course is incredibly valuable. From the time we arrived my daughter and me were treated like queens! Ron also took the time to get my daughter her requested balloon. The environment at Rusty Wallace was warm and inviting, everyone greeted us with a smile! Nathan was also great when we finalized my paperwork, he explained things clearly and answered any questions I had. It is great to find a company that values the customer experience! Such a great car buying experience! We came in to see about trading for a Nissan Rouge and was approached by David Green. David did everything he could to get us the best deal and was very thoughtful to my family and I during a stressful time! The general manager (Gene) sincerely thanked us for our business and made sure we had everything we needed. They really make you feel like family here. Just left in my new for me 2016 Rogue. Trey was awesome to work with. He was very patient as I decided what I wanted exactly. He wasn’t pushy at all! Ask for Trey, he’ll treat you just right. Tomar worked out my financing and was very professional. Kenny was helpful with the extras. Everyone I encountered was personable! It was an easy process.
Can’t say enough how great Rusty Wallace Nissan is! I was put out of car due to a wreck and Alex put all his energy into finding me a great car in my budget. Every person I came in contact with there was as amazing and so helpful. From the front door to the service department everyone in the building is genuinely there to make your experience amazing and That you feel special.
